PPM = Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Expense Component: All expenses are billed to the Customer at the "actual" rate. Legitimate expenses
include travel (including airfare), mileage on personal cars, hotel accommodations,
meals, tolls, parking, rental cars, etc.
Materials Component: Materials Component: Any materials provided or replaced that are outside of
the scope of the Maintenance Agreement (if one exists) will also be charged to
the Customer. For Customers with on-site support as part of their agreement, there
is no charge for replacement of covered equipment. If the Customer does not have
an on-site support contract, replacement materials will be charged at the standard
customer discount. The replaced unit becomes the property of StreetWise Networks.
