TECH SUPPORT
StreetWise Networks provides Technical Support during normal business hours Monday
through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.
Technical Support is categorized as follows:
DOA Hardware Verification
StreetWise Tech Support will verify any equipment that has been received that
is perceived to be an out of the box failure. A Return Material Authorization
will be provided if it is determined to be a defective piece of equipment.
Installation Support
StreetWise Tech Support can provide pre-arranged telephone support for system
configuration and programming as well as on-site installations. (An hourly rate
or fixed price will apply – Check with your StreetWise Sales Representative for
a quote.)
Troubleshooting Support
StreetWise Tech Support can provide pre-arranged telephone support for troubleshooting
system and network problems. (This service is billed at a rate of $125.00/hour
during normal business hours and $187.50/hour on nights and Saturdays.) Sunday
Service is also available at $250.00/hour.
