Newbridge developed and deployed TDM, Frame Relay, and ATM Multiplexors in over eighty
Countries for over fourteen years until they were acquired in FY2000 by Alcatel.
The Newbridge "Mainstreet" Series of Multiplexors were the most prolific ever
designed and are still manufactured by Alcatel today.
